PRICING &#038; PAYMENT<\/h3>\n<p>All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) operate under their own rules. Nothing in these Terms overrides payment processor regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification for high-risk or suspicious transactions before shipment.<\/p>\n<h3>9. SHIPPING &#038; RISK OF LOSS<\/h3>\n<p>All orders are shipped from Japan. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier (shipment contract). We provide tracking where applicable.<\/p>\n<h4>9.1 Delivery Timeframes<\/h4>\n<p>Shipping times are estimates only. Due to global logistics disruptions, delivery delays may occur. Transit time is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<h4>9.2 Tracked Shipping<\/h4>\n<p>If tracking confirms delivery to destination address, delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for porch theft, local courier errors, postal misdelivery, or incorrect address provided by customer.<\/p>\n<h4>9.3 Economy \/ No-Tracking Shipping<\/h4>\n<p>If customer selects Economy (No Tracking): No tracking number is provided, delivery cannot be verified, and transit may take extended time. By selecting this method, customer accepts all risks of loss, delay, or non-delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>10. FAILURE TO DELIVER \/ UNCLAIMED PARCELS<\/h3>\n<p>If parcel is returned as unclaimed, incorrect address, or refused by recipient: shipping fee is non-refundable, a 15% restocking fee applies, and customer may request re-shipment at their expense.<\/p>\n<h3>11. SUBSCRIPTIONS<\/h3>\n<p>Subscriptions may be canceled subject to the specific subscription terms. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions due to shipping restrictions, regulatory changes, or postal service changes.<\/p>\n<h3>12.
