TSURUGI Inc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Service Scope<\/h3>\n

TSURUGI Inc. provides purchasing, receiving, consolidation and export assistance for tires and alloy wheels located in Japan. We act solely as a purchasing and export representative on behalf of the client. We do not manufacture tires, operate a retail tire warehouse or maintain stock available for public sale.<\/p>\n

2. Initial Quotation Requests<\/h3>\n

Initial quotation requests from new clients are limited to between one and five different product lines<\/strong>. Each product line must include the brand, model or tread pattern, exact size, applicable load and speed rating, quantity, destination country and destination port.<\/p>\n

Large spreadsheets, PDF catalogues and lists containing dozens of products will not be processed at the initial enquiry stage unless TSURUGI has agreed otherwise in writing. TSURUGI is not obligated to quote every item submitted by a client.<\/p>\n

3. Brand-New Products<\/h3>\n

Our quotation service is intended for brand-new tires and alloy wheels ordered from Japanese manufacturers, authorized dealers and other third-party suppliers. Availability, production schedules, domestic delivery and prices must be confirmed individually with the relevant supplier.<\/p>\n

TSURUGI does not operate a universal fixed-price catalogue. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in that quotation and remains subject to supplier availability.<\/p>\n

4. Used Tires and Wheels<\/h3>\n

TSURUGI does not provide market searches, product selection, stock lists or container quotations for used tires and wheels. We do not search by general size, brand, budget or container requirement.<\/p>\n

For established clients and specifically approved projects, TSURUGI may consider purchasing a used item from an exact Japanese online listing supplied and selected by the client. Acceptance is at TSURUGI\u2019s discretion and must be confirmed before payment or purchase.<\/p>\n

The client is responsible for selecting the listing and reviewing the seller\u2019s description, photographs and disclosed condition. Used products are purchased from third-party sellers and are handled on an \u201cas-is\u201d basis. TSURUGI does not guarantee tread depth, hidden defects, remaining service life, future performance or the accuracy of seller information.<\/p>\n

5. Prices and Availability<\/h3>\n

Every price and availability check may require manual confirmation with a manufacturer, dealer or marketplace seller. Prices may change without notice because of supplier updates, exchange rates, domestic delivery costs or availability.<\/p>\n

The initial quotation allows the client to evaluate the available pricing and helps both parties determine whether the proposed terms are suitable for working together. If the initial prices are acceptable and the client is ready to proceed, the client and TSURUGI may agree to review and quote additional product lines or move to the purchasing stage.<\/p>\n

6. Payment and Purchase<\/h3>\n

Full payment is required before TSURUGI purchases goods or begins container preparation unless otherwise agreed in writing. A quotation or invoice may include the product price, service fee, domestic delivery, handling, storage or consolidation, container loading, export documentation and international shipping, as applicable.<\/p>\n

No purchase is complete until funds have been received and TSURUGI has confirmed the supplier order.<\/p>\n

7. Receiving and Consolidation<\/h3>\n

For approved projects, TSURUGI may receive products purchased according to the client\u2019s exact instructions and consolidate them for later shipment. Consolidation does not mean that the products form part of TSURUGI\u2019s stock or are available to other buyers.<\/p>\n

Storage period, handling requirements and any related charges are subject to the agreed quotation or separate written agreement.<\/p>\n

8. Container Loading and Quantity<\/h3>\n

Container capacity depends on tire dimensions, packaging method, whether tires are mounted on wheels, the combination of sizes and the container type. Any loading quantity is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Final quantity may change during loading for safety, protection or regulatory reasons.<\/p>\n

9. Shipping and Risk<\/h3>\n

Shipping is arranged under the agreed Incoterms, such as FOB or CIF. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, TSURUGI is not responsible for sea-transport damage, customs delays, import duties, local taxes or destination-country restrictions. Cargo insurance can be arranged upon request where available.<\/p>\n

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds<\/h3>\n

Once a supplier order or marketplace purchase has been placed, cancellation may not be possible. Used items, special orders and goods prepared for international shipment are non-returnable unless TSURUGI agrees otherwise in writing before purchase. Supplier cancellation charges and other actual costs are the client\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n

11. Import Responsibility<\/h3>\n

The client is fully responsible for confirming import eligibility, environmental and safety regulations, local tire restrictions, duties, taxes and customs-clearance requirements in the destination country before purchase.<\/p>\n

12. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TSURUGI\u2019s liability is limited to the service fee paid to TSURUGI for the relevant transaction. TSURUGI is not liable for indirect losses, resale losses, market-price changes, supplier misinformation, customs action or storage costs at destination.<\/p>\n

13. Agreement<\/h3>\n

By requesting a quotation, approving a purchase or engaging TSURUGI to receive, consolidate or export tires or wheels, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and the conditions stated in the applicable quotation or invoice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
