TSURUGI INC. is a licensed Japanese company established in 2011 and based in Toyama, Japan. We operate with a valid secondhand dealer license and a registered corporate bank account (MUFJ Bank). All vehicles are delivered to our Toyama yard for documentation and export preparation before shipment.

How long has TSURUGI been operating?
TSURUGI INC. was established on May 2, 2011. We have been operating in Japan for over a decade, providing auction purchasing and export services.
Can I see real vehicles purchased by TSURUGI?
Yes. We regularly publish vehicles purchased at Japanese auctions and delivered to our yard.

Is the $1,000 deposit refundable?
Yes. If you win and fully pay for the vehicle, the deposit is refunded in full. If you continue bidding without winning, no fee is charged. If you withdraw before purchasing, $100 is deducted as service fee.
Why is a deposit required?
Japanese auctions are binding. Once a vehicle is won, cancellation is generally not permitted. The deposit protects against auction penalties and related costs.
How do I send payment?
We accept international SWIFT bank transfer to our corporate MUFJ bank account. Escrow.com is also available for deposit payments.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on destination and method (RoRo or Container). We provide an estimated transit time once booking is confirmed.
Can I inspect the vehicle before bidding?
We rely on official auction inspection sheets. Additional inspections may be arranged upon request, depending on auction location.
Do you guarantee vehicle condition?
Vehicles are sold according to auction inspection reports. We explain the grading and notes, but auction condition remains the official reference.
Can I visit your yard?
Our yard operates by appointment only. International clients are welcome to schedule visits in advance.
Do I have to pay for the delivery?
Yes. Delivery price based on your selected goods weight, and calculated according to Japan Post region and weight price chart.

I can’t find my Country (Region) during check out can you help?
Yes! Sometimes Japan Post stop covering some region or start it over again, so please contact us and we will check if its possible to arrange delivery to your doorstep.
I am traveling to Japan, can you send my order to my Japanese address?
Yes. Please Contact us before making your purchase, we will need your address(More details if it’s a Hotel) ,dates when the parcel have to be delivered.
