1. Service Scope
TSURUGI Inc. provides purchasing and export assistance services for goods located in Japan. We act solely as a purchasing representative on behalf of the client. We are not the manufacturer, brand owner or retailer of the products unless explicitly stated.
2. Product Source
Products are purchased from third-party sellers, online stores or suppliers in Japan based on the client’s request. Availability and pricing depend on seller stock at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before product purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment may include:
- Product price
- Domestic Japanese shipping
- Service fee
- Export handling
- International shipping cost
Invoices are issued via PayPal, Stripe or agreed payment method.
4. Product Condition & Warranty
TSURUGI Inc. does not guarantee manufacturer warranty validity outside Japan. All warranty claims must be handled directly with the original seller or manufacturer. We are not responsible for:
- Product defects
- Manufacturer faults
- Brand warranty limitations
5. Returns & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and purchased from the seller, cancellation is not possible. Due to international shipping, returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing prior to purchase.
6. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Shipping is arranged under agreed terms. TSURUGI Inc. is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import duties or taxes
- Destination country restrictions
- Shipping delays caused by carrier
Risk transfers according to selected shipping method. Cargo insurance may be arranged upon request.
7. Prohibited Items
We do not assist in purchasing goods prohibited under Japanese export regulations or restricted by destination country laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TSURUGI Inc.’s liability is limited to the service fee paid to TSURUGI Inc. We are not liable for indirect damages, business losses or resale losses.
9. Agreement
By requesting purchasing and export services, the client agrees to these terms.
