1. Service Scope
TSURUGI Inc. provides purchasing and export assistance services for used and OEM automotive parts located in Japan. We act solely as a purchasing and export representative on behalf of the client. TSURUGI Inc. does not maintain parts inventory and is not the manufacturer of the parts.
2. Source of Parts
All parts are purchased from third-party dismantlers, dealers, auctions or suppliers in Japan. TSURUGI Inc. does not guarantee availability or condition beyond the information provided by the seller.
3. Condition of Used Parts
Used parts are sold “as-is, where-is” by the seller. While we may assist with photos of the actual item, seller notes translation, mileage information (if available), and basic visual confirmation, TSURUGI Inc. does not guarantee functionality, durability, lifespan or performance of used parts.
4. Compatibility
The client is fully responsible for confirming compatibility of the requested part with their vehicle. TSURUGI Inc. is not responsible for incorrect fitment due to incorrect information provided by the client.
5. Payment
Full payment is required before purchasing the part unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments typically include:
- Purchase price
- Service fee
- Domestic handling
- Export handling
- Shipping cost
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of used parts, all sales are final once the part has been purchased. No returns or refunds are accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
7. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Shipping is arranged according to agreed terms (FOB, CIF or other Incoterms). Risk transfers according to the selected shipping term. TSURUGI Inc. is not responsible for:
- Damage caused during international transport
- Delays by shipping companies or customs
- Import restrictions in the destination country
Cargo insurance may be arranged upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
TSURUGI Inc.’s liability is limited to the service fee paid to TSURUGI Inc. We are not liable for indirect losses, installation costs, labor costs or business interruption.
9. Agreement
By requesting purchasing and export services for automotive parts, the client agrees to these terms.
