TSURUGI Inc. assists international customers with purchasing and exporting brand-new tires and alloy wheels from Japan.
We act as a purchasing and export representative. We do not manufacture tires, maintain our own tire inventory or operate a public wholesale price catalogue. Products are ordered from Japanese manufacturers, authorized dealers and other third-party suppliers.
Brand-New Tires and Alloy Wheels
We can request quotations for new products from Japanese manufacturers and suppliers, including Bridgestone, Yokohama, Dunlop, Toyo, Falken and other available brands.
Prices and availability must be confirmed individually with the relevant supplier. The Japanese market generally does not provide a single fixed export price list covering all brands, sizes and models.
Initial Quotation: 1–5 Items
For a new enquiry, please select between one and five representative product lines from your required list.
For each item, provide:
- brand;
- model or tread pattern;
- exact size;
- load and speed rating, if applicable;
- required quantity;
- destination country and port.
We initially quote between 1 and 5 representative product lines. This allows the client to evaluate the available pricing and helps both parties determine whether the proposed terms are suitable for working together. If the initial prices are acceptable and the client is ready to proceed, we can review and quote additional items by prior agreement.
Large Excel and PDF Lists
Please do not send large spreadsheets, PDF catalogues or requests containing dozens of items for an initial quotation.
Checking a large list is not an automatic five-minute calculation. Each item may require separate communication with a dealer or manufacturer, confirmation of current availability, domestic delivery conditions and export pricing.
Large unsolicited quotation lists will not be processed at the initial enquiry stage.
Used Tires and Alloy Wheels: Important Limitation
TSURUGI Inc. does not provide a sourcing, selection or quotation service for used tires and wheels.
We do not:
- search the Japanese market by size or brand;
- prepare offers for containers of unspecified used tires;
- build used-tire stock lists;
- estimate complete used-tire containers from general requirements;
- visit retail shops to collect individual products.
For established clients and specifically approved projects, we may consider purchasing used tires or wheels from exact Japanese online listings supplied by the client, such as links from UpGarage, Yahoo! Auctions or other Japanese marketplaces.
The client must select the products and provide the exact listing URLs. Any purchase remains subject to our prior approval, seller availability, disclosed condition and domestic delivery arrangements.
Consolidation and Container Export
For approved orders, products purchased according to the client’s exact instructions can be received and accumulated at our facility for later shipment. This is a consolidation and export service, not a stock-sale or used-tire sourcing service.
Depending on the agreed project, our work may include:
- receiving purchased goods from suppliers;
- temporary consolidation;
- cargo preparation;
- container loading;
- export documentation;
- coordination with the selected shipping company.
We regularly consolidate and load tire and wheel purchases for established clients who select the required products themselves. Container planning begins only after the products, quantities and purchasing process have been agreed.

Before Sending Your Enquiry
Please confirm that:
- your initial request contains between one and five different product lines;
- you are requesting brand-new products;
- you have included exact specifications and quantities;
- you understand that prices require manual confirmation with Japanese suppliers;
- you are prepared to proceed if the initial pricing is suitable.
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not receive a quotation.
