How to prepare
Heat water to about 70–80 °C (do not bring to a full boil).
Add 2–3 g (approx. 1–2 tsp) of tea per cup.
Steep 30–60 seconds for first infusion.
Reuse leaves with slightly hotter water for additional infusions.
