Matcha is whisked into hot water for traditional preparation, and can also be added to smoothies, desserts and recipes for a boost of antioxidants and mild natural sweetness.

How to prepare (tea)

1. Sift 1–2 g (½–1 tsp) matcha into a bowl.
2. Add 70–80 °C hot water (approx. 60 ml).
3. Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until frothy.
4. Enjoy immediately.
