Iemon Uji No Dew Deep Mushi Tea is a premium Japanese green tea from the Uji region, processed using a deep-steaming method (“deep mushi”) that brings out vibrant green color and rich aroma with a smooth, mellow taste.
This 100 g pack offers high-quality tea leaves suitable for daily brewing and multiple infusions.
Deep-steamed teas have finer leaf particles and infuse quickly, resulting in full-bodied flavor with vegetal sweetness and minimal bitterness.
How to prepare
- Heat water to about 70–80 °C (do not boil).
- Add 2–3 g (approximately 1–2 tsp) of tea per cup.
- Steep 30-45 seconds for first infusion.
- Re-steep with slightly hotter water for additional cups.
