1. Service Scope
TSURUGI Inc. provides purchasing and export assistance services for new and used tires and alloy wheels located in Japan. We act solely as a purchasing and export representative on behalf of the client. TSURUGI Inc. does not manufacture tires or operate a retail tire warehouse.
2. Source of Products
All tires and wheels are sourced from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, online platforms, auctions or dealers in Japan. Availability and condition depend on supplier stock at the time of purchase.
3. Used Tire Condition
Used tires are sold based on supplier grading and disclosure. While TSURUGI Inc. may assist with photo confirmation, size and brand verification, and basic visual review, we do not guarantee:
- Exact tread depth beyond supplier information
- Future performance
- Longevity
- Uniform wear condition
All used tires are considered sold “as-is”.
4. Brand New Tires
Brand new tires are ordered from suppliers based on client specifications. Production lead times and availability depend on manufacturer schedules. TSURUGI Inc. does not control manufacturer delays.
5. Container Loading & Quantity
Container loading capacity depends on tire size, packaging method, whether tires are shipped mounted on alloy wheels, and container type (20ft / 40ft). Estimated loading quantities are approximate and not guaranteed. Final loaded quantity may vary.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before purchase and container preparation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing typically includes:
- Product purchase price
- Service fee
- Domestic handling
- Container loading
- Export documentation
- Shipping cost (if CIF)
7. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Shipping is arranged under agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF). Risk transfers according to the selected Incoterm. TSURUGI Inc. is not responsible for:
- Damage during sea transport
- Customs delays
- Import duties or local taxes
- Destination country restrictions
Cargo insurance can be arranged upon request.
8. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of international container shipments, all sales are final once purchased and loaded. Returns or refunds are not available unless agreed in writing before purchase.
9. Import Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for: import compliance, environmental regulations, local tire import restrictions, and customs clearance in the destination country.
10. Limitation of Liability
TSURUGI Inc.’s liability is limited to the service fee paid to TSURUGI Inc. We are not liable for indirect losses, resale losses, market changes or storage costs at destination.
11. Agreement
By engaging TSURUGI Inc. to purchase and export tires or wheels, the client agrees to these terms.
