HOT TAB is a Japanese carbonated tablet series designed to create a gentle bicarbonate-rich bathing experience at home.

The tablets use a baking soda and citric acid formula that releases fine carbonated bubbles and helps generate bicarbonate ions in warm water.

The water texture becomes soft and comfortable, making the product suitable for regular use and daily recovery routines.

Most HOT TAB types are fragrance-free and color-free, focusing on water quality rather than strong perfume.

Depending on the selected type, the tablets are intended for bathtub use, and selected types can also be used for shower-style “spa” routines.

How to use (general):

• Bathtub: typically 3 tablets per household bath (about 160 L)

• Dissolving time: tablets melt gradually (about 15–30 minutes depending on water temperature)
