Your order usually (may vary and depends on product availability) will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it on a day specified during checking out. Orders placed on Friday after 10am will be processed on Monday our local time.

We are based in Japan, local time +9GMT.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

We do provide postage only with tracking availability. Please choose any apart of Economy / No tracking service.

We do guaranty, we will track and chase your order. In the rare event of damage by postal service or lost parcel , Tsurugi Inc. will issue compensation or fully refund or replace. Tsurugi Inc. will cover your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please be aware, if you choose Economy / No tracking service, we are unable to provide tracking number. After order were marked as shipped, means we physically shipped it with Japan Post. We can’t guaranty it safety on the way to the destination, we can’t guaranty it will arrive and depends on a local recipient’s courier. Tsurugi Inc. do not hold responsibility for damage or lost parcel sent Economy / No tracking service. No refund option available after parcel were shipped using Economy / No Tracking Service.

Customs Clearance Fee/Tax

Due to customs regulation we cannot control and physically pay costumers local duty tax. It is costumer’s responsibility to check their country customs control terms and conditions before purchase!

No returns accepted in the situation related to your local customs, due to postage charge loss, or full postal service charge will be deducted from the total return amount.
