Tsubame Sanjo Petty Knife
- We estimated a balance between price and quality, and became a small knife suitable for the first one.
The blade core material is made of molybdenum vanadium steel made in Japan. The side material is made of rust-resistant 13 chrome stainless steel. The handle is one-piece molded with polypropylene resin, with a calm matte texture. The main edge of the knife is the life of the knife, and the sharpening blade is done by Niigata Tsubame knives.
The blade length is 14cm, and the size of a petty knife is slightly longer. This knife is enough for small cooking.
It weighs only 2.0 oz (57 g). It focuses on better handling than a heavy texture.
It can be washed in a household dishwasher, and it is easy to maintain everyday.

About Molybdenum Vanadium Steel
Molybdenum vanadium steel is made of stainless steel cutlery with Molybdenum (Mo) which is less likely to be affected by temperature rise, and vanadium (V) which prevents it from becoming softer and stronger when tempering, making it highly resistant to wear and stickiness.
