"Orihiro Vitamin C 300 Tablets" is a nutritional supplement of vitamin C. Table 10 tablets a day to get 1000mg of vitamin C. This helps supplement your diet if you are concerned about a lack of fruit and vegetables in your normal/irregular diet.
