These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”) and Tsurugi Co Ltd., a company organized under the laws of Japan (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing access to and use of www.tsurugi.co.jp and related services.

3. INTIMATE WELLNESS & AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
Certain products are intended strictly for adults (18+). By accessing the Intimate Wellness section and completing a purchase, you confirm:

We do not knowingly sell adult products to minors. We are not responsible for false age declarations made by customers. Due to hygiene regulations, intimate wellness and personal care products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped unless defective upon arrival.
4. INTERNATIONAL SALES & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITY
We primarily serve international customers. Customer is solely responsible for:
- Import regulations in destination country
- Customs clearance
- Duties, VAT, taxes
- Product legality in destination country
We are not responsible for customs seizure, delays, or regulatory restrictions.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DESCRIPTIONS
We strive for accuracy; however, product packaging may change, manufacturers may rebrand, colors may vary, and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free. If a product differs materially from description, your sole remedy is return in unused condition.
6. 1.99$ SHOP (DAISO PRODUCTS)
Products listed in the “1.99$ Shop” are genuine goods purchased from physical DAISO Japan stores. We are not an official DAISO distributor. Products are personally sourced from physical stores. Therefore:
- Stock may be unavailable
- Designs may change
- Colors may differ
- Products may be discontinued without notice
In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the item, replace with nearest equivalent, or offer refund. All 1.99$ Shop items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
7. MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and all activity under your account. We may terminate accounts for fraud, chargeback abuse, violation of terms, or suspicious activity.
8. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) operate under their own rules. Nothing in these Terms overrides payment processor regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification for high-risk or suspicious transactions before shipment.
9. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
All orders are shipped from Japan. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier (shipment contract). We provide tracking where applicable.
9.1 Delivery Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates only. Due to global logistics disruptions, delivery delays may occur. Transit time is not guaranteed.
9.2 Tracked Shipping
If tracking confirms delivery to destination address, delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for porch theft, local courier errors, postal misdelivery, or incorrect address provided by customer.
9.3 Economy / No-Tracking Shipping
If customer selects Economy (No Tracking): No tracking number is provided, delivery cannot be verified, and transit may take extended time. By selecting this method, customer accepts all risks of loss, delay, or non-delivery.
10. FAILURE TO DELIVER / UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If parcel is returned as unclaimed, incorrect address, or refused by recipient: shipping fee is non-refundable, a 15% restocking fee applies, and customer may request re-shipment at their expense.
11. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions may be canceled subject to the specific subscription terms. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions due to shipping restrictions, regulatory changes, or postal service changes.
12. HEALTH & SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER
Products sold are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided is for general informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements.
13. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
Customers are responsible for proper use of products according to manufacturer instructions. We are not liable for misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, Tsurugi Co Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, customs seizures, or carrier delays. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including: Pandemic, Natural disasters, Government restrictions, Postal suspension.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content is property of Tsurugi Co Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
17. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of modifications.
18. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate service for: Fraud, Abuse, Chargeback manipulation, Violation of Terms.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
